Inspections:
Inspections are set up according to schedule provided by you, however ALL of our properties are inspected weekly during pre-listing & marketing stage and at least once biweekly after offer acceptance and up until closing date.
Property Preservation
We have reliable and licensed contractors in place that are greatly equipped to handle any emergency services and can considerably shorten pre-marketing time with greater control in terms of quality and time taken to complete the job.
