Broker Owner, Eugene Monkevitch announces the opening of the third Concord Real Estate office in the Winter Park area location of Orlando Florida. With REO in Florida continuing to rise, Concord has experienced a tripling of inventory in the past year and has met the demands by increasing staff and fully automating its office systems and procedures with Concord Net, a virtual platform allowing all agents and staff access to all asset files 24/7 from any where on the planet.

This technology is geared to client specific action plans that key important due dates to schedule work flow for agents and support staff so that client reporting is timely and complete and that more marketing time can be devoted by the agents to showing and selling the house inventory through open houses and event promotions.

Kirt is a Florida Native of 8 generations and comes with an extensive contracting and investing background.  Kirt has grown up in the Orlando area and has watched its growth and he has been an investor through the years buying and selling and holding investment properties. As a landlord he also understands property management and his extensive contractor network of contacts is valuable to the Concord Team for acquiring timely and competitive bids for REO assets.

Tracy Fetterman's experience in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 firms is proven and having been a top producer she will apply to real estate these skill sets. Tracy is tasked  to transform a team of buyers agents into an in-house sales force producing machine whose focus and number one priority is to move client inventory. The lead machine produced by Concord's aggressive marketing efforts, married to in house agents focused on client inventory is structured to produce an accelerated inventory turn over reducing DOM through in intentional-house sales.
