Broker, Eugene Monkevitch works from this location and has an extensive real estate back ground since 1999 in HUD properties, Commercial and Multifamily both as a listing and selling agent and as an investor. Eugene immigrated from the Soviet Union in 1993 to the United States. Doing contracting work, and buying and selling properties, Eugene built a portfolio which was at its highest point 65 units from zero. Eugene understands all facets of real estate investing from both sides of the transaction. He currently is servicing REO and short sales and is the Broker of Record for Concord.

 Veteran REO Agent, Janet Fetterman operates out of the beach location which serves as the operations central for Concord. Billing and Administrative Support Personnel for Concord are at this facility. Janet entered REO work in 1998 in Pennsylvania as a Fannie Mae listing agent when her RE/MAX broker got the call  from Fannie Mae looking for someone who could move, "unmovable city property". Janet is an investor and has personally rehabbed 4 homes and understands the construction process. Drawing from her administrative background has enabled Concord to become the automated office it is, increasing agent productivity and client sales surpassing the competition.
